I've stopped offering my course.

I started writing my Spark course back at the .9 release and I quickly found that I had to throw away lab after lab and chapter after chapter as the API and implementations changed. As an individual offering training, I found that I just couldn't keep up. I would change the course, and then throw entire sections after a month of work. I just didn't have time to offer training if I was continuously editing my material. So I've decided to do other things with my time.

While this make me sad (after all, I spent over six months creating that initial Spark course - compiling Spark and studying the source tree), there are other courses in this space. Databricks is offering Spark training and Cloudera is offering Spark training. I know people at both companies, and think highly of them.
